Notary Public London Fees
Our Fee Structure
We are proud to offer these Notary fees to our clients in the knowledge that the Notary fees have not been increased for the past 24 months. No Notary public fees or legalisation fees are charged to provide a free Notary Fee quote or initial advice so please do give us a call. We prefer to work to fixed fee quotes which are agreed with our Notary clients in advance.
Always seek a free notary fee quote in advance of your notaries public appointment to ensure the fees are clear and understood in advance of attending the notaries office in London. The level of Notary Public fees are not fixed or set by the Faculty Office, with each Notary Public practice free to determine what it considers to be a reasonable fee, for further details please refer to my London Notary news page.
There may be legalisation fees or disbursements to pay to third parties, such as the Foreign Office, Embassy or Consulate. For further details of the legalisation fees charged by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, please refer to the FCO’s website.
Notary fees are a key consideration when selecting a Notary Public in London. As a Notary practice in London we appreciate the need to provide fixed fee notary public fee quotes that are clear, competitive and provide value for money. Like many of the London Notary Public practices, M D Pryke Notary Public charges fees at a fixed Notary fee per document at the rate of:
- £120 + VAT for the first document notarised by our London Notary Public; and
- £60 + VAT for each subsequent document notarised by our London Notary Public.
- London Notary Public fees for more complex matters can be charged on a time basis at the rate of £450 + VAT per hour.
This London Notary practice will be pleased to provide a specific fee quote for particular situations and where several documents have to be dealt with, as fees are likely to be reduced.
