Documents for use in St Kitts and Nevis should be certified by the UK and Foreign and Commonwealth Office, by way of Apostille.

The legalisation fee to obtain an Apostille Certificate is £75 per document and documents will be processed by the Legalisation Office in Pall Mall within 24 hours if lodged with the FCO before 14:00.
